Shark's robots share one habit that sets them apart: nearly every base here is bagless, so self-emptying does not tie you to buying dust bags. Beyond that the range splits into three families. PowerDetect models sit on a NeverTouch Pro base that empties the bin, refills the water tank and washes and dries the mop pad, and the ThermaCharged version does that with hot water and hot air. Matrix Plus 2-in-1 models vacuum and sonic mop at the same time but leave pad washing to you. The plain Matrix and Navigator robots are vacuum only. Shark does not publish suction in Pa on these listings, so this comparison looks at the mop, how many days of debris the base holds, what the base does for the pad, navigation and runtime, using only what each Amazon listing says.
