The Dreame X60 Max Ultra is the flagship of Dreame's range on this site and is meant for people who want everything at once: a very slim body, the highest stated suction here and camera-based obstacle avoidance. At 3.13 inches, or 8 cm, it is Dreame's thinnest robot, yet it lists 35,000 Pa. Two AI cameras with proactive lighting help it see and react to obstacles, and a 10-in-1 base handles nearly all upkeep.

In its favour
- Two AI cameras and proactive lighting detect obstacles and adapt cleaning modes, according to Dreame.
- The app lets you switch on pet avoidance and privacy protection, useful for homes with animals.
- 35,000 Pa suction and a 10-in-1 base with 100°C mop washing and hot air drying cover most chores.
Good to know
- The listing does not list which objects it recognises by name, so check the app features if pet waste matters most.
- The listing does not name a lidar or mapping system, only the cameras, which makes navigation hard to compare.
Our take
Suction and the DuoBrush
Dreame's upgraded DuoBrush uses a retractable pressure plate to create a semi-sealed chamber, raising suction to 35,000 Pa. The company claims three times the cleaning efficiency and tangle-free performance, aimed at deeply embedded dust and hair. That is the highest figure among the robots covered on this site, and far above the 25,000 Pa of Dreame's own L40 Ultra Gen2.
Seeing and climbing
Two AI cameras with proactive lighting detect obstacles, adjust cleaning modes and guide navigation. The listing does not name the objects it recognises, but the app offers pet avoidance and privacy protection settings.
Dreame says the robot detects steps up to 8 cm and picks a strategy to pass them safely. RoboSwing MopExtend pushes the mop into corners and under furniture, and SideReach cleans along edges.
Mopping and the 10-in-1 base
Two Omni-Scrub pads press down with 15 N of force, spin at 230 RPM and work with 40 °C water on uneven floors and greasy marks. The base washes the mops with 100 °C water, dries them with hot air, empties dust for up to 100 days and holds two cleaning solutions. Battery life is listed at 180 minutes. The spec table gives 110 V, and the package weighs over 23 kg, so confirm the UK model and leave room for a large base.
Against other slim and AI-led robots
The Roborock Saros 10R matches the 8 cm height with a 4 cm climbing chassis and 22,000 Pa. The Xiaomi 5 Pro names over 200 recognised objects but needs a 9.5 cm gap. The X60 Max Ultra combines slimness, cameras and suction more fully than either.
Verdict
The X60 Max Ultra suits buyers with low furniture, mixed floors and clutter who want the strongest stated suction and a base that does almost everything. For a small flat it is more than you need, and the Dreame L40 Ultra Gen2 is a simpler step. If you need named object recognition, the Xiaomi 5 Pro lists its 200+ objects.
