This Ultenic robot vacuum and mop is for people who want a long-running lidar robot and do not need a self-emptying base. Its standout figure is a 200 minute runtime, which covers large homes in one go, combined with 8,000 Pa of suction and quiet operation listed at 50 dB. It charges on a simple dock, so the bin is emptied by hand. Ultenic backs it with a 2-year UK warranty that you register for.

In its favour
- Rated for up to 200 minutes on a charge, the longest stated runtime in this guide.
- Saves 5 maps and up to 10 no-go zones, with auto carpet boost.
- The listing gives a 2-year UK warranty once you register.
Good to know
- No self-emptying base, and the dust bin is 340 ml.
- Model naming on the listing is vague, so the exact model is hard to match against other sellers.
Our take
Suction and hair
Suction is listed at 8,000 Pa with automatic carpet boost. A V-shaped brush and anti-tangle rollers are meant to capture pet hair without clogging, and anti-slip wheels help on smooth floors.
For homes with pets, the main limit is the 340 ml dust bin. With a shedding dog it may need emptying after most runs.
Navigation and maps
Precision LiDAR maps the home and avoids obstacles and stairs. The app stores five maps, allows up to ten no-go zones, sets virtual walls and shows the robot's path in real time. Ultenic describes the body as ultra slim, and the listed height of 9.7 cm should pass under many sofas and beds. When the battery drops below 15%, it returns to charge and then carries on where it left off.
Mopping and controls
Mopping happens in the same pass as vacuuming, with three water levels and three suction levels. The pad is not washed for you, so rinse it after use. Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri voice commands are supported, along with the app and a supplied remote control. The spec table lists a 32 cm cleaning path and a dirt detection sensor. One drawback: the listing does not use a clear model name in its title, so match the ULTD010 code if you compare sellers.
Against other dock-only robots
The Dreame D9 Max is similar in concept but has 4,000 Pa and 150 minutes, though a larger 570 ml bin. The Roborock Q7 BF gives no suction figure and runs for 150 minutes. The Ultenic leads both on runtime and suction.
Verdict
The Ultenic suits larger homes with hard floors and low carpet where a long, quiet run matters more than self-emptying. If you want the bin emptied for you, the MONSGA MR7 Pro or Dreame D20 Air Plus add a bag base. If you prefer an established brand with lidar and a bigger bin, the Dreame D9 Max is the alternative.
