Our take
Roller mop and pressure
The 27 cm roller cleans itself in real time and presses down with 1 kg of force, which eufy says leaves streak-free floors. That is a couple of centimetres narrower than the 29 cm roller on the Omni S1 Pro, but the principle is the same: the mop keeps being refreshed instead of carrying dirt across the room.
The listing does not say whether the roller lifts on carpet or how rugs are kept dry, so you may need no-go zones for deep pile.
Suction and hair
Suction is listed at 15,000 Pa for hard floors, rugs and carpet. The DuoSpiral detangling brushes are the more distinctive part, promising 100% tangle-free cleaning for hair up to 30 cm. For homes with long-haired dogs or several people with long hair, that could save regular sessions spent unwinding the brush roll.

Verdict
Buy the C28 Omni if you want a self-rinsing roller mop and brushes designed for long hair, without paying for every extra in eufy's flagship station. If you want detergent dosing and the widest roller, choose the eufy Omni S1 Pro. If your home has thick rugs and you need a stated mop lift, the Ecovacs T80S Omni is the better fit.
