The Deebot N20e Plus is the simplest Ecovacs on this site, built for large homes that want long runs and a self-emptying base without dust bags. Its standout figure is a 300 minute runtime, enough to cover a big floor plan on a single charge. A bagless station holds up to 45 days of debris and uses cyclonic separation. If you mainly need reliable vacuuming over a large area and only light mopping, it keeps things uncomplicated.

Our take
Bagless base and filtration
The self-emptying station has no disposable bags. PureCyclone separates 95% of the dust, which Ecovacs says protects the motor and filter and keeps suction steady. A 4-stage filtration system traps fine dust and allergens, which helps in homes with pets or hay fever.
Capacity is quoted at up to 45 days, so you will tip the container out roughly every six weeks.
Suction, carpet and hair
Suction is listed at 10,000 Pa for carpets and hard floors. Smart carpet detection raises suction on carpet and avoids mopping there, so rugs stay dry without a lift mechanism. The ZeroTangle main brush is designed to stop hair wrapping, aimed at pet-friendly homes. This is modest suction next to the T80 and T90 models, so deep pile will take longer.
Mapping, mopping and gaps in the listing
TrueMapping laser navigation builds a map in around eight minutes and plans systematic routes. The listing mentions a smart mopping system but does not describe the mop itself, and the station does not wash or dry it, so plan to rinse it by hand. The spec table oddly names OZMO Roller self-washing mopping, which the bullets do not support, so do not count on a roller. No camera-based avoidance is mentioned, so clear cables and toys first. Noise is listed at 63 dB, and the spec table gives 110 V, so check the UK version.
N20e Plus against other long runners
The Ecovacs N30 Pro Omni runs for up to 320 minutes in quiet mode and adds a mop-washing station and edge mopping. The Proscenic Q20Plus has a bagless base for 90 days but runs for 200 minutes. The N20e Plus combines a bagless base with the longest stated runtime among the simpler robots here.
Verdict
The N20e Plus suits large homes, especially single-storey ones with lots of carpet and pets, where long runs and no dust bags matter more than mop care. If you want the mop washed and dried, the Ecovacs N30 Pro Omni is the step up with a similar endurance figure. If your base needs to hold dirt for longer, the Proscenic Q20Plus lasts 90 days.
