The Deebot T30C is for homes that want the full Ecovacs OMNI routine, including hot water washing of the mop, with strong suction for carpets as well. Its station washes the mop at 75°C, empties the robot, refills water and dries the mop with hot air, while the robot itself lists 20,000 Pa. It is a balanced choice rather than a specialist one.

Our take
What the OMNI station handles
Ecovacs lists four jobs for the station: hot water mop washing at 167°F, which is 75°C, self-emptying, automatic water refilling and hot-air drying. Washing in hot water is meant to break down greasy residue from kitchen floors better than a cold rinse.
Upkeep is described as light. The baseplate detaches fully for cleaning, the filter system is rated for up to 150 days without maintenance and a solid cleaning agent lasts up to 30 days. The listing does not give the drying temperature, the dust bag size or how many days it holds.
TruEdge mopping along walls
TruEdge Adaptive Edge Mopping uses a hovering arm and software to push the mop into edges and corners with 1 mm accuracy, which Ecovacs says lifts coverage in hard-to-reach areas to 99%. The title also lists auto-lift mopping, so the mop rises on carpet. The listing does not explain the mop's shape clearly: the spec table mentions an OZMO roller, while the bullets describe edge mopping without naming the pad type.
Suction and hair on carpets
At 20,000 Pa, the T30C has the joint highest suction among the hot water models compared alongside it. A note on naming: the title says ZeroTangle 2.0 while the bullet describes ZeroTangle 3.0. Either way, the system is designed to stop both human and pet hair wrapping around the main brush. The spec table lists 200 minutes of battery life, a noise level of 60 dB and a 220 V rating.
T30C against the T50 Pro Omni and Xiaomi 5
The Ecovacs Deebot T50 Pro Omni has the same 75°C wash, adds a stated 45°C drying temperature and an 81 mm slim body, but drops to 15,000 Pa. The Xiaomi 5 matches the 20,000 Pa and washes hotter at 80°C, with dual scrapers cleaning the washboard, but its listing does not mention drying at all. The T30C covers both bases: hot washing and stated drying.
Verdict
The T30C is a strong fit if you want strong suction for rugs and a station that hot-washes, dries and empties without fuss. If your sofas and beds sit low, the slimmer Ecovacs Deebot T50 Pro Omni is the better shape. If you want the hottest wash water, the Xiaomi 5 goes to 80°C.
