The Deebot T30S Pro is a mopping-focused robot for pet owners who also want to keep an eye on their animals while out. Two features set it apart. AI Instant Re-mop spots noticeable stains, increases water flow and goes over them three times. A built-in camera streams real-time video and audio, with automatic pet detection, snapshots and a patrol mode you can steer from your phone. Few robots on this site combine stain targeting with pet monitoring.

In its favour
- AIVI 3D AI Object Recognition spots and dodges objects, and TrueMapping 2.0 maps the home quickly, says Ecovacs.
- Automatic pet detection, pet snapshots and real-time video with audio let you check on animals.
- ZeroTangle keeps human and pet hair off the main brush, and runtime is up to 180 minutes.
Good to know
- The listing does not name the objects it recognises, so pet waste avoidance is not confirmed.
- Suction of 11,000 Pa is the lowest of the docked models here, which may matter on thicker carpet.
Our take
Mopping and stain handling
When the robot meets a significant stain, it adjusts water flow and mopping pattern to its size and cleans the area three times, according to Ecovacs. TruEdge uses a hovering arm and algorithms to mop edges and corners with 1 mm accuracy.
The OMNI station washes the mops with 70°C water, self-empties, refills the water tank and dries with hot air.
Suction and hair
Suction is listed at 11,000 Pa, the lowest among the docked models in the obstacle avoidance comparison, though enough for daily dust and pet hair on hard floors and low carpet. ZeroTangle technology keeps human and pet hair from wrapping around the main brush. Deep rugs may need repeat passes.
Avoidance, control and battery
AIVI 3D recognises and avoids objects, and TrueMapping 2.0 builds the map quickly. The listing does not name which objects are recognised, so pet waste avoidance is not confirmed. Control options are broad: the 'OK YIKO' voice assistant, a foot touch on the station, Apple Watch, phone widgets, Dynamic Island and Alexa. The 6,400 mAh battery is quoted at up to 180 minutes in the bullets and 200 minutes in the spec table, with 40% faster charging. The spec lists 110 V, so confirm the UK model.
Against other AI avoidance robots
The Roomba 505 Combo names pet waste in its avoidance list. The Ecovacs Deebot T50 Max Pro Omni adds lidar, 18,500 Pa and an 18 mm lift. The T30S Pro stands out for stain re-mopping and its pet camera features, which matter most to owners who are out of the house for long days.
Verdict
The T30S Pro suits pet owners with mostly hard floors who want stains tackled automatically and the option to check on pets remotely. If you need confirmed pet waste avoidance, the Roomba 505 Combo is the safer choice. If you want more suction and a higher mop lift for rugs, the Ecovacs Deebot T50 Max Pro Omni is the stronger Ecovacs.
